All Rates are for 1-4 persons, per day, 2 DAY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED. Tax is not included in above stated rates. No additional discounts apply when a group rate is in effect. Maximum per RV site: 6 persons. Limit of 1 RV and 1 Vehicle. $3.00 per day/per additional person.

For Groups of less than 6 Units or 1-night caravans on Sunday through Thursday: 15% discount on current daily rates. Group Rates not applicable for one night caravans on Friday or Saturday.

Our open air pavilion and all season club/meeting room are for use by registered guests at no additional charge. Please check with office prior to use. Cooking is not allowed inside any building. There are 8 (10 foot) picnic tables in pavilion and 10 (6 foot) tables in the club room. Floor area: Pavilion 20’ x 40’, Club Room 20’x25’. The pavilion doubles as game room and serves as church on Sunday mornings, Memorial Day to Labor Day.

A 30 Day Advance Notice is required to guarantee site availability. A 60-Day Advance Notice is preferable for the summer months for groups of 20 or more units. The larger the group the more advance notice is required to assure availability. Group members will be located in as close proximity to one another as possible. Sites will only be guaranteed when a deposit is received.

A Minimum Deposit (equal to site rate for one night), 30 Days in Advance is required to hold a site. Deposit will be by cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover Card). The credit card will be charged for the required deposit the date the reservation is made. A confirmation will be sent if time allows. No sites will be held without a deposit. No one-day stays.

When reserving as a group: A listing of Names, Size and Type of RV, 50 or 30-Amp Request, and Arrival Date, and any special requests [pull thru a must, handicap, etc] for those participating is required at the time the reservation deposit is sent in. If needed, contact the RV Park for a Sample Roster.

When Reserving Individually as a Member of a Group: The name of the group must be mentioned when making the reservation. The president or wagon master should give our park advance notice of the rally dates and number of sites required by submitting a Group Reservation Request Form, before the first member calls. The reservation will be processed as an individual reservation with applicable group rate. A one-night deposit will be required.

At Registration: Each unit will pay the required fees less the advance deposit. No refunds will be given. If participant does not show on the date specified and has not contacted the reservation desk as to a change of arrival date, the site will be released and deposit retained. If the Wagon Master or Chapter is paying for the stay, the fees will be payable on the first day after all units have checked in. Payment at registration is by cash, traveler's check, personal check, or charge card. Out of state checks are accepted for group stays only.

Caravan Organizers: Reservations for your caravan's one night stay requires a minimum of 1/2 the total amount due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, with the balance due upon arrival after all units have checked in. Payment will be for all sites reserved regardless of the failure of any unit to show. No one night stays for Friday or Saturday.

Cancellations & Refunds: A $10.00 cancellation fee per site will be charged. No refund of deposit for sites cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date. Refunds for cancellations with less than the required notice are at the discretion of the management. No refund of registration fees will be made.
