CAMPGROUND POLICY
All rates include 1-4 persons per site. Rates also available for RV
Sites; Monthly, Seasonal (7 month contract) and group rates. Special 3
and 7 day rates are not retroactive, not applicable over Holidays,
Non-refundable, and Non-Discountable. Holiday Rate is Non-Refundable
and Non-Discountable. 50 Amp Service is available for no additional
fee. CATV included with Full Service. Satellite reception not
guaranteed. No Charge for WI-FI (Wireless Internet Access). Maximum of ONE RV and ONE Vehicle are
allowed per site. All additional vehicles shall park in Visitor Parking
areas. All guests and vehicles must be registered.
Singles Policy: Single Persons under the age of 25 may not register or
stay at Osage Beach RV Park without a parent present. ID will be
requested of single persons.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults/6 persons for RV Sites; 4 persons for
Cabin. No Pets allowed in Cabins; no tents allowed at RV or Cabin sites.
Discounts Honored: 10% for Good Sam, KOA Value card, AAA, AARP, or
FMCA; 15% for Escapees. Discount applied to daily rate only. A current
discount card must be presented at registration. Reservations made
On-Line through www.campingfriend.com are non-discountable at registration.
RESERVATION POLICY
Advance Deposit required for all site types. Holiday Advance Deposit:
$30 deposit for RV sites. Cabin Deposit: $120.00. A 3 night minimum
stay is required for all summer holidays. A 2 night minimum stay is
required for Cabins for all weekends (non-holiday) during the summer.
All reservations requests require a confirmation to guarantee site
availability. Charge cards will be charged the amount of deposit the
date the reservation is made. Check deposits must be received within 5
days of the request for the reservation or the reservation is
automatically cancelled. Reservations made via email or the Internet
will not be considered confirmed until you receive a response from the
campground and a deposit is made. On-Line reservations:
www.campingfriend.com will send a confirmation to you. If time allows,
a confirmation will be sent for all confirmed reservation deposits.
Charge slip will be sent with mailed confirmations. Email confirmation
receipts will be held and given out at registration.
While we strive to reserve requested sites, we do not guarantee a specific site, only site types.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Holiday: by 11am the day prior to arrival date for RV. By 11am 3
days prior to arrival date for Cabins.
Holiday Cancellation: by 11am 7
days prior to arrival date for RV sites. By 11am 14 days prior to
arrival date for Cabin.
Cancellation fee: $10 fee applied to all sites
if cancelled with required notice.
Deposit is forfeited if cancelled
with less than required notice. Failure to arrive by 8am the day
following your stated arrival date constitutes a No Show status. The
site will be released and deposit retained. Reservations made after
stated deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
CHANGE POLICY
One change per reservation is allowed without a service charge. Each Additional Change will require a $5.00 fee per change.
REFUND POLICY
Osage Beach RV Park has a No Refund Policy. Any Refund is at the Discretion of the Management.
